Describe what metrics marketers interested in knowing that are not reported in the standard financial statement?
Marketers are interested in knowing below metrics that are not reported in the standard financial statement:
1. Customer buying ratio: The marketers would like to know the ratio of customers from the target market segment that have actually bought the products or services so that they can analyse or formulate strategies to increase the customer conversion rate.
2. Segregation of loyal and new customers: Marketers would also want to know the ratio of loyal customers and new customers so that they can develop their marketing campaigns keeping in mind the customer segregation points.
3. Brand promotion effectiveness: Also the marketers would want to gather information about the particular promotion or marketing strategies employed by them that have elicited response from the customers and they would gather data about which promotion strategy is most effective so that they can continue to tap customers through that strategy.
4. Brand ambassador effectiveness: The marketers would like to have data about the number of customers that have been converted through the presence of brand ambassador and whether they should continue investing in it or not.
