An employee:
1) Is arrested for possession of illegal drugs.
2) Is arrested for shoplifting.
3) Is arrested for DUI.
4) Refuses to attend a management training program.
5) Intentionally punches another employee's time card.
6) Fails to use safety devices.
7) Uses abusive language with a supervisor.
1. Arrested for possession of illegal drugs: Employee termination since it is serious violation of organizational policies and crime as well
2. Arrested for shoplifting: Must be given warning and strict action must be taken if the same incident happens in future
3. Arrest for DUI: Must be given strict warning for the offense and must be terminated in such incident happened in future because this is an offense and must not be committed by employee
4. Refuses to attend a management training program: Disciplinary action must be taken against the employee as per organizational policies since not attending management training program results in non development of skillsets which leads to poor performance of the employee
5. Intentionally punches other employee's time card: Termination of the employee since this is a serious offense and must not be tolerated by any organization
6. Fails to use safety devise: Termination since this is violatation of safety guidelines of the organization and puts the lives of other employees also at risk
7. Uses abusive language with supervisor: Must be given warning and terminated if such incident happened again in future because abusing anyone in the organization is against organization's code of conduct and everyone must be discouraged for that
