It is notable that Machiavellian tactics or style of leadership is one that is relatively irrational and equally disastrous to leadership approaches. This technique of leadership is teaching to do almost anything in order to get to gain their power and get stuff done.
Machiavellian thinking or tactics focused on generally not being socially esteemed and valued, which is damaging the key point in modern leadership approaches as social value and esteem needs are those that help a person to be more active in leadership.
Also, from the fact that leadership is a helpful technique of interaction in the short term but not in the long term but in modern times, leadership is demanded for the longest term to be an example and set the pace in organization.
Furthermore, high Machiavellianism indicates favorable relations with depression, paranoia or socially described perfectionism, and low self-esteem activity and are normally less satisfied with their jobs but in modern leadership approaches a positive and happy person will be the one to set the example in an organization and also be satisfied with the job.
