Select an organization that requires you to act as a change agent to form an organizational change intervention within it. The selection of the organization needs to be a current existing organization locally or internationally that needs organizational change for performance improvement, sustainability or increase its profitability. In the assignment clarify your role as a change agent towards making the organizational change. As a change agent you shall present to the stakeholders the below :

I will analyze the change requirement, evaluation and assessment in Samsung smartphone industry. Now , this assessment will be done based on ADKAR model. It has five important steps or process involved while assessing the change of an organization. These are
1) Awareness
2) Desire
3) Knowledge
4) Ability
5) Reinforcement
Samsung must aware its stakeholders while introducing any change intervention . It should try to offer highly ecofriendly smartphone.
It must get an approval of its stakeholders so that they support any change initiatives at the workplace as well as into marketplace.
Samsung should clarify the goals of change initiatives to its stakeholders. It will enhance efficiency and outcomes of the Samsung business operations.
Ability means each stakeholders should be imparted training and development so that they can handle the various challenges arised . It is better to appoint a change agent who can handle major issues and management.
Reinforcement means any interventions which promotes health work accomplishments and sophisticated business operations. It may be any incentives given by the Samsung to each different stakeholders.
