Leadership is what drives the company to action. Many employees in organizations are resistant to change and will want things to be the same as it is. What drives them to change is the management and leadership of the company especially if it comes directly from the CEO. People follow the examples set by leaders. hence if a company's CEO introduces a diversity program to enhance the diversity of employees within the organization, the employees will definitely at least give the program a try. If they see the CEO embracing diversity, the employees are soon bound to follow. That is why CEO commitment is the highest weighted area. CEO is the one who is in the driver seat and he has to decide the strategic direction of the company. Diversity programs at IBM by Lou gertsner is one of the examples of CEO commitment to diversity. IBM is now one of the global companies with a diverse workforce. Tim cook of apple is one CEO who has been driving diversity at apple where he says that the world is intertwined today and there is a need for deep understanding of cultures.

Using C++: Create a function to search an undirected weighted graph and find the highest weighted edge between two specific values. This should include a class declaration and the definition for all required members that are needed to support the search. NO NEED to code those members. You can assume any other data structures such as stack, heap, or linked list is defined (so you can use their standard functions without declaring or defining them).
