A.Biggest changes due to Affordable Care act : *The Act expanded medicaid eligibility. *Created health insurance exchange .* The act prevents insurance companies from denying coverage due to preexisting conditions. *Lower income families can qualify for extra savings on health insurance plans through premium tax credits and cost share reduction. * Between2013 and 2016 ,the number of uninsured individuals in the united states declined by 36.9%. *About10.3 million individuals in the united states were enrolled in health plans offered through the health insurance exchange in2017 .

B.The affordable Care act was designed to reduce the cost of health insurance coverage for people who qualifie.The law includes premium tax credits and cost sharing reductions to help lower cost for lower income individuals and family.It reduce out of pocket expenditure.
