It's the leader's ability to unite and connect people that truly creates great teams and organizations. Explain, what is it a leader must do to in fact create great teams and organizations?

Leadership comes down to taking care of the people in your organization and making them the best they can be, not giving up on them and never failing to be there for them. Explain how you will, when in a manager or leadership role, accomplish this?

There are the following things a leader must do to create great teams and organization:

1. He should lead the followers by becoming himself an example.

2. He should make the followers set the goals and then help them to achieve those goals.

3. He should know what motivates and what demotivates the followers as it would be effective to create a great team of them.

4. He should provide the followers the jobs and responsibilities they are more comfortable in.

5. He should stand by them in every thick and thin.

6. He should encourage them to create, collaborate and evolve.

I would be doing the following things to take care of the team, to make them the best, and never failing to be there for them:

1. I would hear their issues, concerns, and problems and will teach them to deal with them on their own.

2. I would ensure that when they are tired or about to give up, I can motivate them by storytelling or by giving the example of famous personalities.

3. I would ensure that I am available for them at any point in time and they can share their doubts and concern with me without any discomfort.

4. I would build professional as well as personal relationships with them in order to make them feel valued and appreciated.
