The series of contractual relationships basically means the benefit of one variable is related to the benefit of another.
Every person in an organisation is attached with some elements which are on the basis of various factors which are directly or indirectly attached with some contractual relationships.
Social factors working in the environment and various other opportunities can lead the person towards the achievement of a certain goal.
Contractual relationships are not always based on some profit motive or some money factors that are attached with this type of relationships; their contractual relationships may be profit-based or voluntary therefore it is very difficult to explain the contractual existence of many stakeholders.
