What three qualities would you say best distinguish between the effective and the ineffective conversationalist? Please explain in detail and provide examples.
Answer-(i) Effectiuve conversationalists as leaders deal with the thorny issues in a way that tends to build the self-esteem, confidence, learning and goodwill of thier people. Ineffective leaders discount the concerns and stand critical pillers of an effective organisation. We can take a very suitable example of Sir Narendra Modi, he took Ganga cleaning issue as a challenge and started working on it but oppositions like kejriwal,rahul gandhi are only trying to misinterpreat people of India against him.
(ii) Effective leaders are clear on what matters in the conversation. Ineffective conversationalist are either not clear on what matters or simply not able to ablr-willing to rule some stuff out.
(iii) Effective conversationalists name and insist
on dealing with the most important issues no matter how pleasant
these issues are. Ineffective leaders find all kind of reasn and
excuses for their time on what they are comfortble with. As Indian
ineffective leaders every time talks from safe side of blaming and
finding mistakes in oppoitions work in which they are comfortable
with.
