1 Ifeel that the health care system in America is becoming complicated. The main reason is that health care has now become so competetive ,each of them adapted to its own culture and pursuing their own business model. There is lack of co-ordination and communication in the health care sector.

Health care in the US is a costly affair.providers are paid more often on a fee for service basis as opposed to being paid for improving health care delivery.Quality of care is often compromised ,resulting in more deaths due to medication errors.there is a large amount of waste in health care which is often attributed to unnecessary services being providd ,excessive administrative costs, inefficiencies, high cost of services, fraud and missed medical prevention.US system does not have a siongle payer health care structure and spends more per paatient for health care than any other country. As the price of health care rises there is a widespread effect on patients, employers and the government alike.

One of the weakness of health care system in America is related to health care costs. The chief weakness is lower impact to quality and preventive outcomes within a population.IOn the other hand America is a leader in cutting edge technology and cancer research

The end goal of US health care system is to provide strategies for controlling costs.health care providers are tasked in determining the appropriate health services required by a patient based on indiviual circumstances needs and preferences. One of the contributing factors of expenditures in health care is related to wasteful medical practices. The physicians should be able to make prudent ,cost-conscious decisions while maintaining the physicians responsibiliy to the patient.

Providing health care a a reasonable cost is not an easy task, and is highly desired in the country.American health care system has a long road ahead .Some of the possible reasons which hinder in achieving this goal is variation in clinical care, lack of compliance with evidence-based guidelines, limited adoption of clinical information technologies and variation in health plans.Clearly there is no easy solution to the problem But this possible ,beccause the country has abundant resources which can be paired with innovation, this goal should be achievable with a unified approach that consists of both dedication as well as diligence.
