Medical services is an elite field. Incorporation of good will and honesty is a must condition in healthcare sector. This field is open for every class of people. It does not discriminate on the basis of caste, colour, creed and race.

If any malpractice is taking place then it affects poor people in negative sense. It causes extra load on the pocket of common people. All these lead to heavy anarchy in system which ultimately affects noble cause of healthcare services. All these must be checked in an effective way.

Hospital administration can not accept its mistake at once. Solid evidences are must for exposing a malpractice. Malafied intentions can only be rectified through continuous monitoring of system. Proper vigilence is required to catch the culprits red handed.

After finding loop holes we can proceed systematically. Lawful actions can only be justified in the presence of full proof evidences. Legal system provide a complete check on mechanism of malpractice with more effectiveness.

Hence for making a malafied system neat and clean, it is important to take effective legal steps rather than making hasty decisions. At one moment they may admit their mistakes but later on they may return to their anarchial work in absence of effective legal action. So it is better to follow legal procedures with full proof evidences.
