Nervousness is good for students if it is limited or restricted as it helps students in being alerts or concentrating more during examination. But when such nervous turns into lot of pressure,stress, anxiety which is affecting their emotions,social and personal mental state then it is known as test anxiety. It's symptoms would be - constant worry about papers, fear of failing in exam, physical symptoms might include headache,stomach ache,nausea, sweating, difficulty in breathing, discomfort.

There can be negative talk, frustration, having lower self esteem,comparing lower with another in terms of academic.

This can be overcome with help of exercise, positive talk by family members, meditation, keeping realistic expectations, having counseling done from counselor. There are also time management skills which help in getting students bto be on track. This can also be done with lot of problem solving exercise, lot of sample paper solving etc.
