Financial Perspective:-

Improve the Return on Capital Employed- The target should be to weed out the inefficiencies and non-value adding activities to get the most out of the capital. The capital must be judiciously invested in hi-tech machines which can give proper returns like X-Ray machines and other medical equipment so that the ultimate ROCE can improve.

Customer Perspective:-

Customer Satisfaction- The aim should be to make the customer satisfied by doing the necessary dental procedure in the lease visits/sittings possible. And the procedures should be performed in a way the causes least pain to the customer.

Internal Process Perspective:-

Turnaround Time - Aim should be to get proper time management and appointment system so as to reduce any waiting time of the customers.Also leasts visits and appointments must be aimed.

Learning/Growth Perspective:-

Medical Advances- Use of newest medical techniques and newest medical equipment should be done to provide the customers with latest wonders of the medical science. Investment in seminars and meetings should be done to stay up to date in the field.
