It depends on the quality of service offered.

It plays a significant role in service marketing. promotion is highly essential to present the rang of service offered by the service providers to the clients.

5. People

They are the important elements of service marketing mix. people belonging to a service providing firm define the nature and quality of the service offered by the firm.

6. Process

It describes the way in which the service are delivered to the clients.

7. Physical Evidence

It refers to the nature of the environment in which service is delivered. to give a better satisfaction, tagiblel elements are also delivered with service. (These are the 7Ps in service market )
