The first industrial revolution was seen when the ancestors adopted the use of the stream for mechanization of some of the activities.

Advantages of IR 4.0:

This revolution is totally technology-driven and is focused on investing in techniques or equipment that help in manufacturing. Advanced technology ultimately helps in improving the performance, makes the sector effective and efficient, improve the productivity cycle. Adopting IR 4.0 can enhance flexibility, market worth, stay back in the market with competitors and launching the new products and services consistently.

Disadvantages of IR 4.0: with the various advantages, the fourth industrial revolution brought many disadvantages which include high maintenance for the technology or equipment that help in manufacturing. Data security is also one of the main concerns as investing in big companies brings the risk of data security. Also, technology-related jobs need to be paid higher than in normal positions. as this technology is mostly having advantages so there are chances that many companies adopt this which will ultimately increase the competition level. Resistance of stakeholders to invest in high maintenance technology is also one of the disadvantages.

Concluding about IR 4.0, it's the ultimate goal is to increase the interaction between humans and technologies that assist in the growth of technologies and humans behavior. The adoptors of technology IR 4.0 expect optimisation feature that increase the productivity coffee when medium size plant by millions per year. But all these processes can bring real-time constraints and making changes becomes difficult. As dependency on the software for systems increases in this technology, it we can be human resource factor for safety-related systems. Undoubtedly, industrial revolution 4.0 increase job opportunities in the market for high profiles.
