2. Bank manager accepts OD form

Alternative course: In step 3:
1. Bank manager seeks collateral
2. Self submits stocks of some companies
3. Bank manager approves cash credit for $20,000 on the existing cash account (no separate OD account needed here)
4. Self's cash account is credited with $20,000
Exceptions: In step 3 of the Normal course:
1. Bank manager will approve a negative balance on existing cash account for a period of 6 months without the collateral
2. Self will withdraw $20,000 on the cash account
