Strategies for leveraging talent are:

  1. Appraise Individual performance : An appraisal system is should be there in each organisation to boost up the the confidence of those working harder and honestly for the organisation. This appraisal should also highlight points which if incorporated in the working style of the individual will leverate his/her potential of work.
  2. Assess future individual potential : The would make it clear that there are right kind of people employed at right positions. If any of the employee is not able to serve at a particular position he should be evaluated accordingly. The effect of leaving a position by an individual on organisation should also be assessed as it would tell the worth of that individual
  3. Assess future work requirement: By evaluating the permormance of the employee working in the organisation one can assess future work requiremnt and can work accordingkly for the benefit of the organisation.
