Solutions

Expert Solution

  • I believe somehow parents are solely responsible for the obesity in the children except for the genetic causes, because now a days there is trend of hight calorie food and fast foods, and parents appreciate to these fast foodmay be unknowingly, but as the result :

1. It becomes habit of the children

2. Parents don't appreciate children for excercise nowadays

3. Parents themselves too becoming obese due all these habits of eating

4. And in addition with fast food, chips, snacks and other food items, parents insists children to complete their lunchand dinner made at home which adds more and more calories to the children's body. But due decrease of outside playing and excercise chilren can't burn that all calories taken which makes them obese

  • To solve this problem :
  1. We should first teach parents about bad effects of obesity and benifits of exercise
  2. Lack style modifications by starting excercise for children and parents with them too to appreciate children
  3. Parent should teach children to eat healthy food
  4. Parents should stop, giving children not Excessive than he needs or food of high calories
  5. Parents should not appreciate to eat junk foods rather than homemade healthy food.
