  2. Make a deep search on the audience whom you want to target: We have to monitor. The audience home we want to take it. For example if if we are making an advertisement on social media about biscuits So we have to target kids,Who love biscuits and we will take their feedback that what things attract them to buy a   particular Biscuit after seeing their advertisement.
  3. Generate lead and sales: customers don't come onlineor offline stores to follow social purchase by accident .We have to attract customers towards us by showing them our new product and promos. Which must be very attractive.
  4. Always know about your competitors.
  5. Always create creative and attractive contents which attract more and more customers.
  6. Customer should always be the top priority.
  7. Discuss your strategy with your team members.
  8. Analyse your strategy before applying it.
  9. Response to customers feedback as soon as possible.
