Growth mind set is diffrent from mind set where people acept their weekness and not consider himself that he will never get back from this situations rather they they initiative to prove themselves.

Part-1

In retake of the next day , Sam and Mia barely passed the test of Equation. Sam considered himself as superior in math practice but when he couldn't solve equation , he blamed himself as a failure in math . Where Mia also failed again the test . So Sam told that equation is really so hard . Because nobody is solved it .so still he is superior in math practice . He doesn't try to improve himself . On the other hand Mia think if he could practice little more then he can solve the problem she invited her friend and practice math and partiicipate in learning . So , in next retake examination , Mia could definitely passed the examination . Because she has growth mind set . She worked on herself and improve herself .

Step 2

Yes, it could be happend diffrent if Sam change his thinking pattern about equation.if he try to find out the week zone of equation and give best effort in that area then he would also passed the examination . His fixed mind set lead to failed himself.

Part-3

I will tell my friends that everybody is not born with inherent talent . We have capasity to change ourselves .to mould ourselves at best version . But something is necessary that is confidence and growth mind set . It's ohkkk primirily not become good writer but never be good writer and to make limited yourself that is not aceptable . In groth mind set , they believe that they can develop abilities to become good writer through dedication and hardwork .so take approch to reinvent yourself , put best effort and be consistent towards your goal.

Part -4

Sam fixed mind set is stagnant . He doesn't willing to change himself . When nobody is solved the problem . He thought he doesn't need to solve the equation . Because still he is best due to no body can do it . His fixed mind set is he is best in math practice and he knows everything about math . So he doesn't feel to learning more things and limited himself with specifc beliefs . But when he got harder material , he couldn't success . If he would have growth mind set rather than fixed mind set , then he could sucessed .
