Utilize the behavioral Personality theory and write a journal entry
Behavioral personality theory is one that was proposed by B.F. Skinner. This theory states that the personality of an individual is one that keeps evolving with time-based on the environment in which he lives from time to time. I shall help you with this journal from a third-person perspective. Tim was a guy who was introverted and studied in a private school where only students from high-class use to get admission. The character of Tim was more reserved and suited well to match up with that of his friends in the school. Tim was very bright and he got a scholarship to get higher studies from one of the top universities in San Francisco. Migrating to SF was never easy for him and was very much reluctant. However, his parents gave him enough admiration and persuasion that compelled him to go for higher studies to SF. Here, he came across different types of friends from different classes of society. Tim initially thought of quitting the course as he was not able to adjust with the thinking process of other friends around him. He only found one trustworthy person. It was his friendship with this guy that enabled him to continue the course. As time passed by, Tim got noted by many of his peers and his friend circle increased. Although he was reluctant to make new friends, the only guy whom Tim trusted influenced him a lot in changing his persona to mingle with others. Tim gradually changed his traits with time such as a change in big 5 personality traits such as becoming more extroverted from an introvert and so on. This change in persona due to the environment helped him to tackle several issues in the work environment later on as well.
