Give some advantages and disadvantages if we increase the salaries/wages of nurses here in the Philippines to prevent them from migrating and finding jobs in other countries.

Advantages:

If the nurse getting high salaries in philippines compared to other countries,it will encourage other nurses from other countries coming to the Phillipines for getting higher salary.

High salary payment give more benefits to the nurse for living good life condition in the house and society.

By giving correct salary for the wages of nurse,it develops positive thoughts to the working nurses in the Philippines and they trust the hospital about the payment for doing work,they will work long time and they don't resign the job,do their work for long duration in the hospital.

Disadvantages:

In philippines, hospital management give more salary and increase the wages of nurse work,this work attract other nurses from other countries to the Philippines.The above action directly affect the other countries because decrease in the nurse worker on their own country and it also affect the health of the community.

If there is any outbreak any pandemic disease in other countries,they need more nurse worker for doing their work.But due to the transfer of nurses to the Phillipines,there is shortage of nurse worker on their own country,it produce more damage to the community treatment for the pandemic disease.
