Can someone answer these questions for me please?
1 - Our brain processes stimuli, thoughts, and memories on two different tracks. Sometimes that processing is explicit. More often, it is implicit. Explain the concept of explicit and implicit memory systems. Then relate this two-track mind phenomenon to two specific examples, each from a different chapter.
2- Explain in detail the nature-nurture debate by outlining the differences between them. Discuss whether intelligence is influenced by nature, nurture, or both. Provide specific research evidence described in your textbook to support your claims.
3- You are tasked with teaching a child to stop hitting other children. Using the principles of operant conditioning, devise a strategy that uses both reinforcement and punishment to prevent the child from misbehaving. What might be the possible reasons that the child learned this aggressive behaviour? What could be done to prevent it in the future?

Explicit Memory
Explicit Memory refers to the conscious and intentional recollection of information related to facts, concepts, and experiences. It can be further divided into two types: Semantic Memory (store of factual information) and Episodic Memory (storage of previous memories of specific personal experience, long-term memories of events of your life)
Explicit memory is also called Declarative memory as you consciously attempt to recall the information and indulge in the explanation of the memory too.
Examples- Trying to remember what you studied in your Psychology class, shopping list, birthdays of friends & family, important events of your life like graduation, the birth of a sibling, cousins, weddings, etc.
Implicit Memory
Implicit memory refers to those memories that we don't try to remember purposefully, these are unconscious, unintentional, etc. It is also called non-declarative memory. These are often procedural in nature and focus on the step-by-step process to do things like cook a dish, driving a car, dressing and grooming, etc
Examples- Directions to navigate through a familiar street or neighborhood, how to drive a car, how to make dinner, etc. All the procedural tasks are examples of implicit memory.
2. Explain in detail the nature-nurture debate by outlining the differences between them. Discuss whether intelligence is influenced by nature, nurture, or both. Provide specific research evidence described in your textbook to support your claims
The nature-nurture debate is a widely known conflict between the researchers claiming that intelligence is a result of genetics with the other set of researchers stating that genes don't play a role but the upbringing, environmental influences, social influences play the role in genetics
Nature says that Intelligence is passed on through the genes from parents to their kids
Nurture says that intelligence is inculcated and is a result of the environmental factors of the kids' surroundings
After lots of research in whether genes are responsible or whether the environmental influences are the reason, it has been found out that genes do play a role but the environmental influences also need to be in line so that those predisposing factors can come into play like the home environment, parenting style, family dynamics, relationships, etc.
