Expert Solution

Before starting about strategies and option i m mentioning three stages of childbirth they are as follow :-

  • First stage, starts from the onset of true labour and lasts until cervix is completely dilated to 10cm.
  • Second stage countinues after the cervix is dilated 10cm till delivery.
  • Third stage is delivery of placenta.

These are the three stages of childbirth, which one mother can plan with her concern for childbirth options. she, can choose any option

  1. Delivery in home environment following the traditional method.
  2. Or, with morden technology in hospital environment with the presence of all the equipments and facilities,

As, she is planning her first baby i would suggest her to go for modern technology in hospital only for delivery. As, everything is new to her and its quite diffucult to understand and explain each and everything as couple go panic in such situations. So, in hospital environment they can get all help and medication too. And, any complications can also be in the vigilence of doctor and can cure on time .
