ERIKSON INDUSTRY VS. INFERIORITY

Part 1: Tell a story of a family with a child aged 6-12. Describe the family situation/family dynamics (parent-child relationships, siblings, only child families, divorce, blended family, single parents, and/or working parents). Include a name and age (between 6-12 years of age) on this case study.

Industry ;This stage refers to a child’s involvement in situations where long, patient work is demanded of them.
Inferiority :It is the feeling created when a child gets a feeling of failure when they cannot finish or master their school work.
Story
Charly, a 12 year old by makes a building by a cupboard as apart of his class proect . He was very much satisfied with his work and cant wait to show to his friends. After getting in to school, he showed it to his friends and presented before teachers. There was a slight bending of the carboard building to the right side and it was not fully finished. After showing it to his class teacher Mrs. Carol, she told it is not what she expects from him, but it can be far better.His teacher is critical of his work but does not offer any extra assistance or advice. This made him feel down.He was eagerly waiting for an appreciation and this comment made him upset. For future projects he took less initiatives from his part

Story
Melissa is a 10 year old girl from a rural area who got sponsership to study in a school in an urban area , where many of the countries famous parents children studies. She has got poor dressing skills and have gone to the school with the ususal outfits which she used to waer on her village. Soon after entering the school, other students started staring at her and pass negetive commments about her hair and dress. They tried to bully her and she ran off crying from there.
