Quality Dimension is the dimension or strategic tool to analyze the quality of the product. It helps us to prepare the comparisons chart for the Product and Services Quality.

1. Performance

Performance is the tool that helps us to check basic performance and the activity of the product that includes the product speed, starting and shutdown time, etc.. After purchasing One Plus Mobile, With good processing, and ability to handle various applications at the same time, etc.. I able to meet my requirement.

2. Features

Features are the next quality dimension that works as the second choice after product performance With One Plus Mobile I got the dual camera, Finger Print scanner that works as the additional satisfaction for me.

3. Reliability

Reliability means faith in product performance. It can be calculated by the product failure and rejection in the Product workings. One Plus is the most trusted brand because of its brand and quality of service.

4. Conformance

Conformance means the activity and performance of the product meet the assigned standard. In simple words, we can say that every product work on some standards and principle. One Plus is work on Android Software which is accredited by Google that becomes its standard.

5. Durability

Durable means the life of the product based on physical as well as technology-wise. I am using my one plus from the last 1 year and feel it has a good life without any service issues.

6. Serviceability

Product issue is common nowadays due to cheap hardware and an increased number of uses. Service is the common thing everyone wants from the Producer. I received a 1-year warranty for One Plus Mobile but hadn't face any service issue till now.

7. Aesthetics

Aesthetics means the taste, smell, color, and visibility of the Product. Design and Style of One Plus are good as per my requirements.

8. Perceived Quality

It is an indirect measure of analysis and understands the product preference that helps to compare the two brands and products. With their strong features and quality, the One Plus also become brand in my eye for further also.

This above quality feedback helps us to understand the quality and issue in product satisfaction, as a manager, it helps us to modify and adjust the product in the next update of the company because the company always focuses on the up-gradation and adding new features.
