DEPENDENCE : I will be concerned about my dependence as due to this disability I will not be able to carry out any activity alone and I will always need support from any member of the family.

JOB SECURITY : I will also be concerned regarding my job as before my accident I had plans regarding my future which may not fit now due to my disability and I may have to find any other profession or job which does not require physical work.

FUTURE STABILITY :The last issue which I am going to have is my future stability as due to my disability I will not be able to work as much as I could without disability and I will also be concerned if there will be anyone who would want to marry me orbe settled as in my first major issue I am now dependent to my family.

2. UTILIZING A FAMILY SYSTEMS THEORETICAL APPROACH :

I will counsel the family as to avoid keeping the patient in an isolation.
I will advice the family to always support the patient and determine their needs.
I will encourage to be themselves and not to pretend that they feel sorry because that may hurt the patient.
Always plan some activities together and provide some responsibilities to the patient which they can do with using only hands.
Encourage the patient to look for a job which does not require using legs for example handcrafts, paintings, content writers etc.
