What advice does Krishna give to Arjuna regarding the connections between proper action and sacrifice? Is it possible to follow this counsel and still participate in a life that is joyous or pleasurable?Explain.
Sacrifice is something through which we give something to someone. That giving does not causes us any type of loss. Generally when we hear the word sacrifice then we think that we are going to suffer some losses but this is not true.
Whatever we give through proper action then it comes back to us in multitude form. When we share knowledge then this sharing of knowledge does not reduce it but it gets a wide spread. Like this, when we share joy then it returns to us in more quantity then the original amount.
We should keep on continuing the actions despite having any desire of it's result. Whatever situation comes to us we should face it with brave heart and along with principles of morality. If aspect of morality and goodness is involved in our action then that action will fall in the category of proper action.
That action may feel some harsh in the beginning but it will definitely end with good results. Whenever we flow in the stream of moral actions and keep on facing the challenges of life with dignity and morality then we feel a sense of rejoice.
We gain respect of others because we keep on proving our skills in adverse conditions of life. This provides us enormous joy. We live a pleasurable life. We enjoy our sacrifices and experiences of those joyous moments returns to us in multiple form.
