Answer) For place an order, customer have to visit apple store website and then add the products which you customer has to buy, check out (with your choosen payment method) with your created apple ID and password and then place the order. After placing the order, customer can see the details on their order details page. On the customer's order details page, progress bar and status message display next to each of customer's item.

After placing an order, it will take apporximately 45 minutes to processing the order from the time you place the order. The order may be delievered directly from the warehouse or manufacturer to the customer's home. They packed the product with their bills and other stuffs and allow their deliever person to delieve the product to the customer.

For complaining, customer have to call on customer support or can visit the support website. In support website, you can give your feedback and fill all the mandatory detail. For which you will get any offer a solution then they will execute the solution and take feedback.
