There is a wealth of information available on how companies can select projects which will be profitable, how to align projects with a company's strategic objectives, how to evaluate proposals, and in general, how to have a successful project. Yet while projects today are more successful than ever, a substantial number still fail.
Consider some projects that you have worked on either at your job (e.g. office software upgrades, new accounting system, moving to a new location) or in your personal life (e.g. a wedding, modernizing a kitchen, an extensive vacation). Please try and explain why the project you worked on was successful or a failure.

(Answer) Let us assume a simple everyday scenario of an adolescent or business that uses “Instagram.” Today, Instagram is a business tool and a social media platform with a neat and concise interface. This is a platform with millions of users who are constantly competing for attention.
Several users have business profiles where they support sponsors and earn a living through paid or sponsored posts. These individuals tend to have thousands or millions of followers. These individuals gain a desirable reach for their post through the aesthetics of their pictures or hashtags. Hashtags have more often than not, been a successful formula in acquiring a desirable reach and gaining a substantial follower base.
However, several individuals who might do everything right and stick to an acceptable digital marketing formula might still struggle to be successful on this platform. This is simply because everyone seems to be adopting the same formula and hence most users are competing through the same tactics. That is the simple reason as to why this form of digital marketing might be a boon to some and a failure to others.
