Hoppe believed that natural aristocracy is better than Democracy in case of managing society's scarce resources.

He wonderfully defines about the natural aristocracy how people too prefer to share their issues with them.

By saying natural aristocracy he refers to kings and noble claas people. To satisfy their maximum demand about any issue because people generally lack intellectual property or need someone who could make quality decision to them. Natural aristocracy are the ones some people have elite and superior position in the society. Because of their superior achievement in wealth , position , intelligence and bravery some individuals come to possess for more authority and such people's decision are respected widely and are accepted too. They are basically the leaders of high class or noble families qhi generally act as a decision makers. It still exists in small communities. According to him monarchy is like private government to people. Democracy is like a public government. He believes the power of Democrats keeps on changing as well as is for lower period of time in comparison to the power of monarch. Democrats wll try to pursuit increase in wealth and income . For this they need more expenditure that is increase in taxes, more inflation, more debt for poors etc.

According to hoppe both are not good. But the condition of monarch is far better than Democracy.

I agree with the concept of Hoppe.

1. The government need for expenditure directly increases the taxation that leads to huge cut in people's personal disposal income.

2.They make big promises but once they hold the power the things change that directly affects the life of people like through policy, regulations etc.

b. Hoppe believed that sucessionist movement can help address the failure of democracy in the modern western welfare state. Succession is the withdrawal of a group from a large entity. Such movement generally start with the small group, that quickly grows when the Government responds quickly with repression. This movement of capital can avgravate the western welfare government. Through movement the government would be forced to stabilize the conditionthrough detaxation, deregulation etc. Encouraged by the eastern development and to free themselves from from exploitation such movements can force the government to take right decisions.
