Education is backbone and weapon to develop individual in a multi-dimensional way and meets the emerging society needs . Education is key path of propeely all round develoment of child and make society more transparent , dynamic and productive .In Carribian , the present Education system is not so operative and having utlity for human being as well as society .Quantity are immencely growing rather than quality .Recent years , Goverment heavily invest for increasing enrollment for both primary and upper primariy.most of the school enjoy universal coverage . But despite of nearly 11 years of Education, school leavers with in carribian still struggling for getting job. They are not able inculcate requisite skill and competency to become a productive and market orinted .

Attracted Qualified trained teacher is a Chronic challenge for the Carribian people and particularly pronounced with core subject like math, science and English.with predominance of unqualified teacher , the pass rates of these subject particularly suffered .in 2009, fewer than 50% passed in CSEC(CARRIBIAN SECONDARY EDUCATION CERTIFICATE) .examation.

There is very poor accountablity due to highly centerlized of education system .There is little decision making skill authority with in the school.

So on this grave and crucial situation , I strongly agree and considered that changes are needed in present education system for adequately meet and individual and societal needs of Carribian people. Goverment Should more focused on secience and techonology Education to bring revolutionary in techonology develoment in society . Such kind skilledfull labour Should produced through Education which serve them effeicently for interest of society .Both private sector and public sector needed to support learner through out the carrier . Curriculum Should be framed in such way that helps to develop magnificent personality of learner and according needs of society . Ultimately , Quality Education Should provide which is parameter of properly utillized of human resources and contribute in national Economic Growth.
