In this article , a gender difference between boys and girls have been discussed.

a) The difference in their cognitive and emotional abilities of both boys and girls. An anlaysis has been made on their brain .

b) It has been noticed that about 10% of boy's brain are larger than that of the girls.

c) Girls are found to be more mature as compared to that of boys . It is so because , the brain of boys are finish the growing part after a year or two during puberty. But in case of boys , they are found to be physically mature during that point of time .

d) Speaking from self regulatory point of view, girls have the ability to sit still , listen diligently , paying attention , This part of the activity is regulated by the pre frontal cortex of the brain. Hence , it has been found that this part of the brain among girls are found to be more active than boys .

e) The baby boys tend to be more physically active as compared to girls .

f) Baby girls ought to speak a month earlier than baby boys.

g) Boys prefer to play with toys which are active (such as truck ,car , ball) whereas girls prefer to play with dolls, which are not active .

h) The differences which are brought in among girls and boys are through the parental upbringing. Parents encourage their son to play games which are bit risky in nature .
