  • Type of Substances which will be used during construction(Preparation materials)
  • Number of employees (Male and Female)
  • Age (Average age)of the employees

The following information about the community should be collected

  • Nativity
  • Food habits
  • Life style

The common problems faced by these employees could be musculoskletal problem,gastro intestinal problem,Skin problem,Hypertension , alcholol and drug usage , Respiratory problem.
