The Message from Birmingham Jail about The Negros and
brotherhood is a general message addressed by Martin Luther King Jr
on April 16, 1963.
The report directs the approach of influenced resistance to racism.
According to Luther, individuals should have the moral obligation
to transgress unjust laws and should take direct responses rather
than demanding for the decision to come through the
tribunals.
The letter supported numerous evaluations which made the "Call for
Unity".
However officials, who acknowledged that social inequalities
subsisted but claimed the battle against racial discrimination
should be persisted in the courts, not the streets.
B. Martin Luther in his message had given the examples from various origins which can assert even our peaceful actions and can even rebuke because it can aggravate the feeling of independence among the people.
Some examples are
He says if my efforts are inequitable so it's like we are
condemning Socrates because of his obstinate dedication to truth
and his rational inquiries which had sped up the act by the
deranged people due to which they made him drink hemlock?
The second example he had given of his actions may also condemn
Jesus because of his unique God perception and never-ceasing
commitment to God's will could expedite up the evil act of
crucifixion?
C. The contextual example from The Luther letter could be about the
constitutional rights by hiving the example of the nations such as
Asia and Africa who are moving at the fastest rate toward gaining
political sovereignty.
The feeling of unjust is when we have witnessed cruel hordes murder
our mothers and fathers at the discretion and also suffocate our
sisters and brothers at vagary. This feeling becomes more remorse
when we saw hate-filled policemen used to profane, beat and even
kill our black brothers and sisters.
This fact upsets him because he has seen the immense majority of
your Negro brothers suffocating in an irrefutable enclosure of
poverty in the middle of a prosperous society.
D. A just government Laws are the principles that a majority
enforces minorities should follow these laws. A contemporary
example from the message about the governance conferred by Martin
Luther. According to him, laws are discriminatory if they force it
on a minority such as prohibiting the right to vote, had no power
in determining or devising the laws.
He also says many times the laws seems to be just on its appearance
and but unjust in its application. For instance, he explained that
they had imprisoned him on commands of parading without a permit.
It seems that there is nothing wrong with having a command which
requires the permit for a parade.
There, however, the law seems to be fair for having the statute but
such a statute becomes unjust when it is practiced to preserve
discrimination and to dismiss citizens. He advocated deceiving or
defying the law laws can lead to a violent segregationist. Such
restrictions would lead to the state of turmoil.
