Which is better in your opinion: to hire experienced workers or to hire people that will require training? Defend your opinion. Are there other alternatives?

Benefits of hiring-

• The desired result in terms of labor efficiency can be acheived by hiring experienced workers, they are trained worker wo have worked anywhere else before joining your organisation as worker.
• The desired results in wastage can be seen when a experienced worker is working then chances of wastage reduces but the extenct of reduction depends on woorker's desire for work.
• Production cost will be reduced in immediatly as these new trained workers will bring expereience, which will allow the oranisation's production process to run smoothly.
• The trained worker will also lower the maintenance cost as there will less breakage and maintenance due to their [worker's] efficiency.
• The company will be able to utilise it's limited resourecs in terms of production process in efficient manner. The tranied worker will know the optimum production from a particular machine as they have worked earlier on same production processes.
• The expereinced worker may give advise to the management of company in terms of imrovement in production process,like replacement of machine, maintenance of particular machine.
• The trained worker will provide maximum work in minimum time in comparision on fresher workers who needs days to be efficienct.
• Company may provide performance linked bonus to them for better production process
• Ultimately company will acheive the desired result it wants in term of profit and production
