  • Skilled employees: skilled employees are necessary for project manager to extract the essential information in the project management and able to follow the project compliance and also to do other project tasks.
  • Electronic equipments and other communication channels: electronic equipments such as computer, telephones, cameras, mobile phones, tablets, etc are very much essential in thr field of information system of the project management. Because electronic equipment helps to organization to communicate effectively and share the information from one place to another easily.
  • Office space: Office space is very much necessary to carry out the project tasks, hence organization should have proper office workspace to maintain the project of information system.
