Psychological health and sleep are strongly connected.Researchers findout that persons who are suffering with psychological problems also suffering with sleeping problems like Insomnia. Americans are in leading position in sleep deprived. Patients who are suffering with anxiety,depression,ADHD and bipolar disorders are also suffering with lack of sleep.

SLEEP EFFECTS PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH, HOW?
Sleeping process divided into sleep cycles. There are four cycles in sleeping process. For every 90 minutes sleep cycle moves from one stage to second stage. Humans will go from quiet sleep to deep sleep in this sleep cycle process. In this process muscles relax, body temperature drops, slow breathing and heart rate. If we lost sleep we also loss these benefits of relaxiation. Sleep deprive also causes affects neuro trammitter levels and stress hormones.

It is a worst reaction in our body by seeing specifici stimulus. Panic disorders,post traumatic stress disorders, and OCD .

Persons are hyperactive, emotionally unstable,inactiave in this disease.
