   African american traditional system followed by many generations..They need trational doctors who uses herbs to treat their diseases..This western hhealth care systems changed their ability of health..few african american believes nurses and nursing professions..Most of the african american knows only little about nursing profession..They have negative ideas towards nursing professions compared to other races..They have a strong family support for decision making process..According to marital status,life experiences.income,cultural beliefs,education are factors for them to make decision..In family head of the person is a prime role for making decision..they have strong support in kinship system(blood relationship) at end of their life..so that they have negative experiences of life..Only african american having these kind of beliefs comparing to other communities..they will avoid artificial nutrition and hospitalization..Factors including health care services,general trust and distrust are contributing to western health care practices..They like to have traditional healer like kinship qualified medical professionals who they can trust..
      European Americans have the value of individualism and independence..They have their own logics and problem solving style..They will take initiative for ovecome barriers when political and educational system is not working..They are highly educated and always think positively and naturally..they tend to value practically and efficiently..they always respect their own community.they like to be as a nuclear family and have no nonsense ideas..They acts and beliefs want to be best in the individual..Mostly like to play outdoor activities..They wish western pattern diet..Blue cross blue sheild initiative to make them eat healthy food like fruits and vegetables..Prevention strategies like community initiates changes in schools and worksites for affordable healthy foods..
   European americans have their christianity religion..They follow strict medical and scientific traditions for treating the patint..They also face lot of health issues due to their diet practices like obesity,hypertension,diabetes ,stroke etc..They follow eastern medicine traditional practice of western medicine..They beliefs eastern medicine treat mind,body and spirit not only disease..They follow palliative and hospice care for the end of life when they are terminally ill and provides grief support for surviving loved ones..According to their cultural norms and patient's practice in hospital effective patient-provider communication can be established..
