Locus of control is the degree that
individuals accept they can control occasions that impact them. An
individual with an inside locus of control accepts that it is their
own conduct that prompts the occasions throughout their life,
though an individual with an outside locus of control accepts that
different factors other than their own inclusion predominantly
decide these occasions.
