The true mass of a glass bead is 0.1026g. A student takes four measurements of the mass bead on an analytical balance and obtains the following results: 0.1021g 0.1025g, 0.1019g, 0.1023g. Calculate the mean, the average deviation, the standard deviation, the percentage relative standard deviation, the absolute error of the mean, and the relative error of the mean. I know how to get standard deviation, how do you get the others? What are the differences between the other deviations? Please help! I need step by steps.

a) a simple harmonic oscillator consists of a glass bead attached to a spring. it is immersed in a liquid where it loses 10% of its energy over 10 periods. compute the coefficient of kinetic friction b assuming spring constant k=1 N/m and mass m=10 grams; b) suppose the spring is now disconnected and the bead starts failing in the liquid, accelerating until it reaches the terminal velocity. compute the terminal velocity.
