A person who is very negative towards himself then the nature of the negativity should be identified like why he is negative and what effect that negativity has on him etc. For example if a person has negativity then the nature of his negativity can be identified as self abhorrence. Means this person hates himself and feels inferior to others. He has inferiority complex and thinks that he has no worth. This behavior can lead him into depression. He can be depressed in long term.

The strategies that can be used to increase the positivity and adaptability are that-

1) The person should do meditation regularly and should introspect to know himself better.

2) The person should always be in the company of optimist and successful people.

3) This person should get some therapy or counseling services.

4) This person should observe the nature and find the beauty of nature.
