The HRM functions cover recruiting, preparation and development, reviews, payment and benefits. They also play a key role in the survival of labor. The HRM Approach would be aligned with the corporate mission and plan to enable the enterprise to maximize their performance, productivity, creativity and respond to consumer requirements — in brief, strengthen their competitive gain and contribute thereby to the company's growth and profitability.

The importance of managing human resources in keeping with the corporate philosophy is that HR is responsible for handling the most valuable commodity of a business that hires it and can harmonize this employee with the priorities of the enterprise when a worker arrives first into the group and receives and leads in the social work of the business; The majority of the organisations offer preparation before anyone begins work, this experience requires the acts that this individual must carry out in the organisation, and they are tasks that align with priorities and policy.

Human resource management is one of the strategic process to manage the man power of the organisation. Human resource management system mainly constraints of recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation and other benefits, feedback, performance appraisal and labour relations. All these systems are very important and need to be integrated with the strategies and goals of the organisation as it increases the effectiveness, efficiency, quality, innovation and customer service. These systems are considered as the building blocks of attaining competitive advantage which will contribute in organisations success. Whatever strategies the organisation chooses to be in, the human resources systems should be responsive to them and need to follow them. These strategies can like low cost strategy or differentiation strategy. It is important to train on the required skills, motivate, reward and ensure high performance for all the employees in the organisation with in the strategies enforced

That is essentially because workers learn all the expertise and know-how they need in day to day jobs by training and growth. Yet today's activities tend to evolve yet develop because of developments. That said, let us look at various explanations why training & growth is a continuous business for business development organizations: continuing preparation always holds the workers on the cutting edge of market progress. Competent workers who follow evolving market expectations would allow the business to establish itself as a pioneer and successful competitor in the field.

To remind staff about current policies and processes in existing activities. Every second, creativity happens in the world to refine the systems that eradicate non-value adds and increase efficiency. When workers embrace best procedures, they save the company a lot of time and raise income Coherence A formal training and learning plan means that staff have a common past. This must be done periodically in order to stay in the minds of workers. Coherence is particularly critical for the basic policies and practices of the organization.
