The HRM functions cover recruiting, preparation and development, reviews, payment and benefits. They also play a key role in the survival of labor. The HRM Approach would be aligned with the corporate mission and plan to enable the enterprise to maximize their performance, productivity, creativity and respond to consumer requirements — in brief, strengthen their competitive gain and contribute thereby to the company's growth and profitability.
The importance of managing human resources in keeping with the corporate philosophy is that HR is responsible for handling the most valuable commodity of a business that hires it and can harmonize this employee with the priorities of the enterprise when a worker arrives first into the group and receives and leads in the social work of the business; The majority of the organisations offer preparation before anyone begins work, this experience requires the acts that this individual must carry out in the organisation, and they are tasks that align with priorities and policy.
Human resource management is one of the strategic process to manage the man power of the organisation. Human resource management system mainly constraints of recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation and other benefits, feedback, performance appraisal and labour relations.
