First of all,Community Oriented policing is that strategy in which the trust is built up between the citizens and the law enforcement for mutual understanding as well as for safe them from any of the evil practices.For Example - In my community ,a community policy named as "Hard work " which gives the service of boosting the people to do hardwork for better earnings.Actually,in our community usually the beggers were used to see on street corners .So to remove this kind of negativity in our community, they started giving conselling to them and provided them necessary Food and Shelter .After that we didc't see any begger near our community.They also used to organize conselling seminars ,lectures to boost the hopeless people and show them the way to run a smooth life.Yes, it is very effective because it gives us a secure brotherhood feeling that we can share anything with them openly and they give us time to time services .Their main work is to make the people learn how to work hard and be determined to our goals.
