1. Brand Image and Product Position
a. The positioning of Apple brand in the market is as luxury brand that is connected and trusted by the users. They has the creative brand position in the market as they come up with new and innovative feature in the devices.
b. The change in the customer base as the demand of innovative features in the devices has changing the day to day activities of customers. The technology can shorten the distances across the world. So, the customers are ready to pay for innovative features. This luxurious life style has created a demand for new technological innovations among the different players in the market as well as Apple too in order to be take lead in the market.
2. Product Distribution – The Apple products are booked in advance before launch of eth products. Hence, it creates the uneasy situation to the user. Hence, I would provide a token system based on the first come first serve basis which also in line with the number of products availability after completion of design.
a. Logistically: The products are created in different levels as the technological labs creates the innovative software parts whereas factory outlets creates the hardware of eth device. The company does not hitting the ethical code of conducts in business. The recent situation in 2019, where several ffamilies were seeking damages and compensation. The issues was that their children faces either death or serious injury as they claim that they were working in cobalt mines in Apple's supply chain. This shows the unethical part of the business of the company. They does not provided their workers a protective and safe environment for work.
b. Emotionally: the ecommerce platform is best to utilize to distribute this product.
i. Social media – Social Media is playing very good role in marketing of the product by customer to customer. This does need less efforts to market the product after released in the market. The customers plays as influencer role here. As they feels the royal or different when they own these devices which actually market the device.
ii. Website – The company website helps in the finding out the stores of the company across geographical locations. The widow purchase options are also available ate the stores which helps the people who are behind the reach of ecommerce platform.
