The Company i believe representing 4Ps well is Amazon because Amazon is online shopping company which is still managing its business very well. Company is focusing on delivering essential items to customer's address in best and safe possible manner.
Amazon is very well using promotional strategies like social media promotion to influence customers to donate for people, use of Emails and text based messaging about all the updates related to product delivery, time, payment etc. Amazon is also decided to hire more than 10000 workers in its warehouse and double thier overtime pay so that its products can be delivered to customers as soon as possible. Company has ordered millions of units of mask and sanitzers for its workers and all the information related to its approach is available on its app and site.
Amazon uses social cause promotion where it is claiming to donate 50% of all donations made by customers.
The comany which does not well in using its 4P is starbucks. Starbucks is a brick and mortar store so we know that all non essential stores and businesses are locked down . The example of P is place because place is the element where customer get the product in thier hand. If there are no open stores of starbucks then how they would be able to distribute its coffee to customers.
My suggestion for starbucks would be to have temporary delivery system where it can hire delivery boys and deliver coffess and snacks at home of customers. Starbucks can promote this by sending promotional messages and texts to customers. Post this new temp service on their site and social media that starbucks is locally delivering coffee and snacks at home of customers.
