My company is very famous Global Coffee Brand that is Starbucks which follow the product quality leadership pricing objective. Starbucks charge premium pricing on its coffee means high prices as compared to its competitors. High prices of starbucks make customer percieve that its coffee of high quality standards made from fresh organic coffee beans. When a customer enter at starbucks restaurant, They knew that its coffee is over priced but still they purchase because starbucks offer quality, variety and best taste in thier coffees.
Going and drinking at starbucks coffee also show status of people like professionals, businessmen go to its restauarant for business meetings or take clients so that client get impressed and offer contract to them. The image of starbucks has become like Apple brand of Coffee. Starbucks with product quality leadership pricing objective is able to create loyal customer base. Premium pricing make the brand to gain more revenue and great status in the society.
