There are different types of strategy in an organisation. There are basically three corporate, business and the functional strategy. The corporate strategy is the highest level strategy. Then the lower level of strategy is business strategy. It concerned with the strategy at the business level. The lowest level of strategy is functional one. It is included at each functional level. So, given the strategies at the corpoarte and business levels are incorrect and the strategy at the functional level is correct.

So, the customized specific functional area is an aspect of functional strategy.
