-one of the key findings of the successful company Amozon is its innovations. The CEO Jeff Bezos is the champion of major innovations such as Echo, a voice command device that can be used to play music, check the weather or search for a sports team and much more. Innovations of Amazon prove that progressive mindsets can result in creating different products in the e-commerce market.
-customer service is another key finding where Amazon successfully rules. Amazon customer service department has won multiple awards for commendably preventing and addressing problems of customers. Undoubtedly Amazon customer service department contributes in the company to become most customer-centric companies on the planet.
-diversification is another key finding of Amazon which makes it successful. From books, nuts, automotive, health, grocery, beauty, electronics, clothing, and music, Amazon office products in all areas. In current times Amazon retail has everything a person needs to buy in order to survive. Also, Amazon has improved nearly 3.5 billion backlinks that help Amazon to boost its sales.
-merging designs with content is also one of the key findings where Amazon rules. In e-commerce to attract the customers and increase visibility on the page, Amazon uses lengthy product descriptions and basically FAQ options on all products. This satisfies the customers majorly.
