The brand has very high distribution network in many countries.The main goal of the company is to grow their business in very consistent manner and increasing their profits.
Number of factors that Heineken is excelling in the market-:
1)The brand is considered to be biggest premium brand form past many years and this brand also pushed other brands to reduce competition on its core brand.
2)The brand designed many positions in management team which are responsible for different areas of operations and including functional areas.
3)The technology this brand uses keeps detailed information about shipping and uses best technology to make beer more efficiently and can be shipped easily and hassle free.
4)As we know the brand has high distribution network globally,so the products are stored in warehouses very strategically to make minimum shipping costs and fast deliveries to stores.
5)The brand has also ventured with non-alcoholic and fruit drinks as to expand their services and make their brand more recognisable among customers.
